NEW ALBUM

“CULTURE FEVER”

Culture Fever boasts a total of 11 captivating tracks featuring vocals from each member of the band - including Alyssa (keys), Collin (bass), Trevor (guitar), and Fran (drums). The LP was meticulously crafted in 2022 at Dr. Richard's Audio in Valparaiso, Indiana. Under the guidance of producer Nick Rapley (known for his work with Bartees Strange and Lizzie No), The Erly expanded their sound beyond the confines of a typical four-piece band. The addition of horn and string arrangements, expertly arranged by Harris Karlin and Brian Moore, brought a rich and dynamic dimension to the LP. Notably, the band collaborated with horn and string players from eight different cities, ensuring that every instrument and sound on the album was produced by a human being.

Reckless (album - 2021)

The Erly’s sophomore effort “Reckless” introduces the listener to the newest addition to the band’s lineup: Alyssa Serviss on keyboards. The Erly shares a collection of songs written and sung by all four members of the band. With lyrics haunted by the echoes of past lovers, each song tackles the topics of love in the modern age and the reckless methods in which we use to overcome or suppress our troubles. Beneath these observations of reckless behaviours (or the absurdity of a regular Tuesday night), is a new sound from The Erly. A sound that takes heavy influence from the 1970's west coast sound: hints of breezy soft rock, funk, and soul, complete with 3 or 4-part harmonies. Released November 19, 2021.

Shadows (album - 2018)

The Erly’s first studio effort, Shadows, was recorded in just under three days at Dirty White Couch Studios in their home town of Niles, Mi. Produced by Nashville legend Trey Gray and South Bend native Neil Carmichael, Shadows brought together the group’s various musical influences and writing styles. Ranging from folk-rock to alternative blues, Shadows features crowd favorite songs “Waiting,” “Nothing On Me,” and “Tread Around.” The Erly continues to view this album as their eldest child that continues to change and grow within their live set. Released November 9th, 2018.
